One of our most successful franchisees, Ivanka Obreshkova, was shortlisted as a finalist in Inspirational Woman in Franchising 2020 category at the prestigious NatWest EWIF Awards 2019.

Ever since it was founded in 2008, the EWIF (Encouraging Women into Franchising) organisation is dedicated to empowering women to achieve success and economic independence through joining a franchise. They also support females in franchising their existing business and encourage franchisors to add more women to their network and workforce.

From cleaner to successful businesswoman

Ivanka became part of the company in 2016. Initially, she was doing regular cleaning together with four women. She and her team quickly became the highest-rated service providers of Fantastic Services. Ivanka believes that high quality is the key to success. Shortly after that, Ivanka upgraded the quality standards of the regular cleaning service and the way she and Fantastic Services provide it. With dedication and hard work, her success followed. Today, Ivanka manages 30 teams, motivating and inspiring each team member to never stop dreaming and working hard toward achieving their dreams.

That’s how, from a working-on-the-field franchisee, Ivanka Obreshkova became the main Area Developer of our brand. She is an inspiration to her employees, to her family and to the whole company:

However, she also gave us many lessons, ideas and concepts, that improve the way our business operates. We believe that we learn from each other in order to reach the next level.

In these tough times, she continues to inspire us.

During the challenging times, that COVID-19 is bringing to the company and the whole world, she decided to not give up and fight. Ivanka says: “The power of compassion in times of crisis can move mountains!” She was some of the first franchisees, whose teams started to deliver the newly-developed service – Antiviral Sanitisation.

Ivanka says that there’s an opportunity that lies in every crisis. And as a company that weathers a recession, we completely understand that adversity is a concealed opportunity for growth and we encourage her to continue breaking new grounds and grow with Fantastic Services.
