With 2021 behind us and the new year already in full power, it’s time for Fantastic Services’ Fourth Annual Franchise Conference. We can’t think of a better place to share our experience from the challenging previous year, celebrate our success, and discuss our plans for 2022.

A Fantastic tradition for Fantastic people

This year’s Franchise Conference will be the biggest one yet. Our ranks have grown quite a lot since last February, and 2022’s event promises to have record-high attendance. The enticing entrepreneurial spirit roaming everywhere during the three days of the conference is simply intoxicating. In addition, some of the most prominent franchisees in the UK and worldwide will join us, making the networking events even more lucrative. Just like last year, the conference will be held through Zoom due to the Pandemic.

Nonetheless, as was proven last year, this may make the whole event even more Fantastic. No masks, no distancing, no anxieties. Only good times and productive meetings from the comfort of our homes.

Three days of Fantastic panels

The event will take place on the 10th,16th, and 17th of February. The opening ceremony will be held at 2:00 PM (GMT) on the 10th of February. Our host Stanislav Yordanov will welcome the guests and warm up the stage for the traditional address to Fantastic Services’ partners by co-founders Anton Skarlatov and Rune Sovndahl. 

The day will be filled with charity raffles, Q&A panels, networking, and presentations. The cherry on top will be the Annual Franchise Awards. We eagerly await to find out who will win the Fantastic awards on the 10th.

Fantastic Four on focus

This year we dedicated our Franchise Conference to the Fantastic Four – People, Profits, Prosperity, and Planet. While during the first day of the event, the focus will be on recapping our success during 2021 and sharing our vision for 2022 and the years to come, during the second and the third days, the program will be decisively more practical. On the 16th, the day will start with a Workshop dedicated to enhancing our sustainability. As a responsible company, Fantastic Services has the duty to ensure our planet’s well-being. In this regard, we aim at carbon neutrality by the end of the decade. This workshop is a small but essential step towards achieving our goal.

The second workshop for the day will be dedicated to welcoming new people to Fantastic Services. It will aim to improve our partners’ skills in recruiting the best professionals to their teams. Above all, we take pride in the Fantastic quality we provide, and the first step towards retaining and improving our extraordinary high-quality score is by establishing proper recruitment protocols.

It won’t be all work, though. Throughout the day, there will be charity games, networking, and more.

The last day of the event will have more of the same. Participants will enjoy two additional workshops dedicated to profitability and prosperity – two other pillars of remaining the fastest growing franchise in the UK, more charity raffles, and networking.

Fantastic Services has been at the forefront of the battle against climate change for quite some time now, and we constantly seek new ways to ensure the betterment of our planet. That’s why the workshops this year will be available only for those Fantastic franchisees who pledge a donation and reserve a spot. All generated funds will be donated to the Trees for Cities charity organisation. The seats for days two and three are limited, so, as they say, the early bird gets the worm.

The three-day Fantastic Services’ conference is THE place to ensure your growth, improve your managerial skills, learn new techniques and strategies, mix with like-minded entrepreneurs, and exchange your ideas and visions. The Fantastic Conference, as always, promises not just a glimpse of Fantastic Services’ success over the past year but some outstanding opportunities to mix and mingle with the brightest minds in the industry.
